Use the checkboxes under each entity type tab (Areas, Locations, Boxes, Items) to select what you want to print. The search box and tag filter help you narrow the list. Click Select All to grab everything matching the current filter.

When printing labels for a container (e.g. a Box), you can optionally tick Include Items to also print labels for everything inside it — handy for labelling a whole collection at once.

• Full Page (1-up) — one large label centred on each printed page. Best for clear visibility on large boxes.
• Avery 5163 — 10 larger labels per A4/Letter sheet (2 columns × 5 rows), compatible with Avery 5163 adhesive label sheets. Good for medium-sized boxes and containers.
• Avery 5160 — 30 small labels per A4/Letter sheet, compatible with Avery 5160 adhesive label sheets. Best for items and smaller containers.

If you are continuing from a previous print run on a partially-used Avery sheet, set the Start Label number to skip the already-used label positions. The valid range depends on the selected layout: 1–10 for Avery 5163, or 1–30 for Avery 5160.
